Hi, I’m Tess Lee, CRNP, FNP-BC. I’m a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner providing care across the lifespan, from preventive health and acute illnesses to chronic disease management and women’s health. I believe healthcare is most effective when patients feel heard, informed, and actively involved in their care.
Outside of work, I love running and spending time outdoors. Both help me clear my head, recharge, and reconnect with nature. It’s also a great reminder of why I encourage my patients to make time for movement and the outdoors whenever they can.
Family Medicine: Providing comprehensive care for patients across the lifespan, with an emphasis on prevention and overall wellness.
Chronic Disease Management: Helping patients manage conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, and asthma through ongoing, personalized care.
Acute Care: Evaluating and treating illnesses and health concerns that require timely attention.
Women’s Health: Supporting women’s health needs through preventive care, education, and individualized treatment.
Health Education & Lifestyle Coaching: Helping patients understand their health and make realistic, sustainable lifestyle changes.
I believe in patient-centered, relationship-based care. I see my patients as partners in their own health and take the time to fully listen before jumping to solutions. My goal is not only to treat symptoms, but also to focus on prevention and education so patients feel informed, supported, and confident in the decisions they make about their health.
Listen to your body. It’s always talking to you, even when life gets loud. Rest when you’re tired, nourish yourself when you’re running on empty, and ask for support when you’re overwhelmed. Self-care isn’t a luxury. It’s a necessity.
I would love to have dinner with Harriet Tubman. Her courage and resourcefulness in leading people to freedom, often at enormous personal risk, represent a kind of strength I find endlessly inspiring. I would want to ask how she found the resolve to keep going back again and again, and what she would want people today to understand about resilience and service to others.
