Hi, I’m Dr. Sophia Wu, MD, Director of the Integrative Health Center. I’m a certified Holistic Medicine and Meditation Practitioner with a focus on treating the whole person—mind, body, and spirit. My work centers on uncovering the root causes of health concerns rather than masking symptoms, using a personalized approach that integrates your unique genetic, neurological, and physical health patterns. My areas of expertise include memory loss, mental health disorders, Parkinson’s mobility rehabilitation, and dysautonomia recovery.
I enjoy hiking in the woods, cooking, and reading—each brings a sense of peace, creativity, and balance to my life.
At the Integrative Health Center, our philosophy revolves around you. We address your health as a whole system, interpreting symptoms as signals of deeper imbalances and working to restore long-term harmony and vitality.
Healing begins within. By listening to your body’s innate wisdom, you can unlock its most powerful healing potential—no condition is beyond the reach of your inner healer.
If you could have dinner with a historical figure, who would it be and why?
I would love to dine with Sir John Templeton because of his lifelong philanthropy, open-mindedness, and fascination with the link between consciousness, the body, and human flourishing. His visionary thinking bridged science, spirituality, and finance, making him a rare thinker who expanded both material and metaphysical understanding. I’d cherish the chance to learn from his wisdom on humility, gratitude, and how wealth can serve humanity’s deepest questions.
