Top Health Tip

Nutrition is key. A diet rich in fruits, vegetables, and plant-based proteins plays a major role in preventing and managing obesity, cancer, diabetes, and high blood pressure. Exercise is important too, but good health starts with what you eat.

If you could have dinner with a historical figure, who would it be and why?

Abraham Lincoln. I’d want to hear his perspective on today’s challenges and learn what solutions he might envision for the problems we face now.
